The estate is also home to one of Byron Bay’s most celebrated restaurants. Within the walls of the respectfully refurbished Possum Creek School House (1911-1963), The Hut celebrates the simplicity of traditional Mediterranean flavours through fresh & flavourful dishes created to be shared. Open for lunches only, Thursday-Sunday. Bookings essential.
